SME-DS2200IK Digital Interviewers Kit

The SME-DS200IK Digital Interviewer's Kit is an all inclusive digital recorder system designed for the agency for recording interviews and statements. The DS-2200 is a small, portable, and agent friendly audio recorder allowing long record times in both stereo and mono. Offering a removable media card, this recorder allows the user more effective control in the chain of evidence custody when used in conjunction with the SME-600 media card copier. After the recording is made on the DS-2200 recorder, simply place the media card in the SME-600, insert a CDR, push one button, and your evidence is transferred. The SME-600 is a stand alone unit which does not offer operator intervention. Once data has been transferred the user has created unquestionable derived evidence. The DS-2200 recorder is equipped with PC data transfer, and DSS Pro Player Software for easy file management. Digital recordings allow the law enforcement community the flexibility of extensive recording times, with minimum storage space. The recorder also enables the user to record interviews with a Time Date Stamp, User ID, File #, and Case #. Recordings can also be played back in court using SME IR Courtroom Presentation Systems.

Removable Media: The DS-2200 recorder uses readily available xD media cards. Cards can be copied directly to CD using the SME-600 Memory Card to CD-R back up unit.	Full Function LCD Display: will confirm file information and various record settings including: time/date, battery strength, recording mode, record levels, remaining record time, etc.
